Use and care- pour your wine, let it sit for a minute to allow the tannins and sulphides to settle to the bottom. They will cling to the rough texture of the clay as your drink. *Most important, when finished, rinse your cup with tap water after every glass of wine, to get rid of the tannins and sulphides still clinging to the unglazed clay walls of the cup, before you pour more wine.
